• Users must be minimum 20 years of age.

• A profile video is recorded when logging in first time – min. 10 sec. / max. 20 sec. in length.

• Meet Market works as the database of users and shows 5 sec. clips soundless. In the bottom is a colour scale showing the popularity of this video based on the number of views it has had; from green to yellow to red. Also two GIFs will show as this persons “rating”; interpret the GIFs as you want. If you touch the video prior to disappearing; you will see the selected profile video full screen with sound.

• When viewing a selected profile video from Meet Market to view in full screen with sound, there is an option to blacklist a video which means that you will not be shown this video again. This can be due to offensive content. Whenever a profile has been rated as having offensive content multiple times by different users; this specific user will be deleted from the platform.

• Rating Roulette pops up every time you have seen another profile video via Meet Market. There are no rules here other than choosing two GIFs you believe represents the other user in the best way. If there is sexual content we urge you to choose the GIF that addresses this best for us to identify users with inappropriate video content since this is not allowed.

• On your personal page you have the opportunity to set certain filters if you want to filter which types of users that is shown in your Meet Market. As a main rule – everyone will be shown unless you implement filters. Once a filter is implemented it will have effect for a limited period of time – set to 30 days at the moment. After this period you might need to set filters again. This to make The Flingg App dynamical with dynamical users.

• On your personal page you also have the possibility of retaking your own profile video. Be sure to say something funny or catchy – don’t be boring. Flingg is the home of taggy one-liners!

• In the Video Arcade your “Games” are shown. Once a video-reply is send – a countdown of 48 hours start which is indicated by a coloured line around the latest sent video. This changes from green (0-12 hours) to yellow (12-24 hours) to orange (24-36 hours) to red (36-48 hours). If there is no reply from the other user within 48 hours the conversation is lost and thus “Game Over”. When a game ends; all videos in this conversation are deleted from the server.

• Each Video Game can contain only up to 6 videos in the conversation. Whenever the 7th video in a conversation is uploaded, the oldest gets “pushed out” and deleted. This to make The Flingg App dynamical with dynamical users.

• It is not possible to spam other users. No user can send multiple videos in a row from one side of the conversation. So – apart from the initial approach via Meet Market; You can only reply back if the other party has approached you.

• Any user can only have max. 20 Video Games active at the same time.

• FYI: You profile incl. all content will be deleted automatically after 30 days if you do not start The Flingg App anytime in an ongoing 30 day period. You will then have to sign up again to create a new profile.
